How to hate the one we love
I got burned by my ex that I love I feel deeply connected to and I can't get her out of my head and I can't make things work with her because she hates me so how can I get myself to hate her back when I try I Cry
We have 4 kids together and then she left me for an older man

I try but then I'm just picturing her face you have prophetic I don't focus on the negative I never had I enjoy my life
But me being a Scorpio male and her being a Scorpio female our breakup was ugly
There are plenty of reasons why I can hit her but I love her concerned and sorry for her

If you hate the ones you had once cared for then you would never move on and be able to find someone that is worth your while.
I understand the need for hate and anger, feel them, be present in them, but then let them wash over you so you could proceed to let positivity back into your life.
Harness your better energy so you could let her go, no matter what she did to you.
You would do it not for her, but for yourself and your children.
