My crush a aquarius?

Hey I'm a gemini girl and I met this guy two months ago (aquarius) before school had started. We got off to great start of friendship and he seemed to show a lot of interest into being my friend. I started to like him soon enough and once school started, I said hi to him whenever I saw him around. My friends always told me that when I was trying to give him my email, he was looking at my face when I was looking at my phone. Once I finally started talking to him, I always approached him at his locker and still do to this day
I always see him alone so I like to make conversation

The first month or so, he seemed very intrested by always walking around with me at lunch talking about shiz he even told me when he stopped liking this girl and I was quite pleased knowing how I felt about it him. I would hell him out anyways and be there for him well I even waiting outside the guys washroom for a bit for him just cuz I couldn't leave him no matter how long he took.

Eventually he stopped approaching me towards the 2nd month and I noticed how many other female friends he had. Girls he'd hug, girls he'd die of laughter with. There was only like once in which he had really tried to make me laugh, he told me I was a goof friend and that he trusted me but know he seems so distant and lazy to even try the first month everyone thought we were a couple but know they're are other girls he'd probably rather hang with

Heck I was even surprised he approached me this morning for the first time in like 2 or 3 weeks but asking what day it was. There is a fair share of signs which show he is into me and a fair share that he only likes me as a friend. I haven't dealt with aqua guys before but I am defiantly frustrated and I have a feeling I have turned him off. WHAT TO DO?!
