Narcissist and triangulation.

Narcissistic boss's use triangulation a lot. Always trying to create instability and make you feel like you're not good enough.

And that at any given moment you could be replaced.

so what are you or can you do about this ?

can you just ignore it and do your job best you can while seeking another ?

pretty much - just don't let it get to you

have you tried to look up any de-triangulation tactics ? not sure anything would work - narcissism is difficult to deal with - always

I was asking if you had looked into anything to counter what is happening to you at work. I don't know any off hand. And, I would suspect that anything you tried would be out-maneuvered - it's how narcissists are ...
