need advice on asking starbucks guy out

I'll dive right in. Its silly and not as interesting as some of the stories here, but I have a crush on a Starbucks barista in my area. I feel like a stalker, checking almost everyday if he's working there.

How does one ask a Starbucks guy out? I need creative and cute ways to do this!
I dont want to look like a dork. I dont want to be rejected...Arghhh

Just say.. "Can I buy you a coffee?" haha!
