Tips to recognise a good husband material

Hey Everyone, I am a newbie here but I hope you will answer my question. I am a female and single. I want a relationship that's forever so what in your opinion are the qualities I should look for in a man. Also I have heard that "people tell us who they are we just need to pay attention" Any tips to spot bad guys?

Without discussion you will brew resentments, misunderstanding, unable to work together with issues.

I agree with that communication is the most important aspect in any relationship I think communication has more to do with synastry but what about spotting good and bad person ?

Some for me is:

-Time... Taking the time before sex to get to know them will let you know of their intentions. So a man only interested in sex has a time limit. Good men don't.
-action speaks louder than words. If he tells you one thing but does another (i.e. Says he loves you but treats you badly)
-how he treats his mama has been tried and true for me.
-emotional availability... IME an emotionally unavailable man will be wishy washy does not stick to his words or convictions
-boundaries, he should have them and will respect yours
