I'm Virgo sun and moon aries. Not sure how that fits into her behavior though. IMO she is not interested in you and would probably chill out if you got it through to her that you know longer wanted to be with her (i.e. had romantic feelings). Even then it will take some time for her to MAYBE be fully attentive to you as a friend.
Let me ask this... were you two real friends (close on your own) or basically just friends through mutual friends?
If you two were real friends and she found out about your feelings and shied away perhaps she is digging someone else and don't want to give up THAT race just yet for you. But, 9mos IS a long time.
If you two were friends through mutual friends then she probably had no thoughts in that direction about you and is shying away to get herself off of your radar.
If you really like her, try talking to a mutual friend that is close to her and see if they will get inside of her mind to see what she thinks about you. Be strong enough to receive the truth from this mutual friend. Take what you learn for what it is.
