Major turn offs (NOT necessarily romantic turn-offs, ok):

*slurping liquid food, like soups and hot beverages--- ewww plz, have some manners!

As for turnoffs..

- talkative but not getting to the point
- too much makeup (the simpler the better)
- overly dependent
- hate reading books

for physical, nothing for turnoffs. turnons too many.
