Babies

I'm scared, I'm not ready for that yet. But like 3 of my friends are already married and have a kid. 21, 20, 19. People are getting married so young and having babies. I feel stupid because I'm not?

I think everyone should have one kid. I do not reccomend more than that. I also have friends who married young and are starting families. Its strange to me because the older I get the more I cant imagine being ready for anything like that in my 20's at all!

i say dont have babies...i have three and its been a hard life raising children....if you get the urge....just babysit one of your girlfriends baby overnight....believe me you will get over it

I don't think it's age revelant .. it's maturity relevant.


Some girls are ready at 14 to be mothers .... some are 40, and still not ready.


Enjoying life isn't a condition of being childless .. some women dream their whole lives of having children to complete them FOR their happiness and joy in life.

i completely agree with this. i don't want to judge your friends, but in my opinion they may not be happy with the decisions they've made down the road. don't worry about babies, just enjoy your youth as much and as long as you can.

I can remember the look of amazement/glee/discovery, and many more, such as a sense of presence, power, being ... all bunched into one sparkling twinkle in his eye, and the slightly curving of the outside of his lips ....... I am, awe .... just at the realization that he has a belly-button.

Watching a little person come into their own, and being a part of this creation .... is what life is all about.

Yeah, calm down P-angel. I didn't say there was anything wrong with it. I was just worried about myself cause I'm not the same way. The idea of being a mother and having a family is a beautiful thing. But not all of us can be so blessed to have it all by now.

Thanks for your posts people🙂 I guess I just feel "stupid" because everyone else around me is growing up so quickly and making huge commitments and I am no where near that right now. But my life has never been really pointing me in that direction like that ever so I guess everyones different. I want to get there but it just hasn't happened yet.

I love babies🙂 But I know I'm not ready to have my own, so not happening anytime soon.

All my close friends have babies. I like babies myself and even though I admit that it hits me at times but I only want babies under a solid setting which I don't have right now. So I'm okay with not having any at this time but if I had that relationship, I'd sure be poking my partner for one or two or well, like ... C'mon now, C'mon, C'mon baby C'mon
