Thanks for that, queridagirl...this was truly inspiring
It's so true - fear is crippling. Fear of letting a dream go, fear of rejection, fear of being alone...makes it easy to stay in denial. It's nice to be reminded that we do get through difficult situations and make it to the other side ... you've just given me courage to step through the door - thanks 🙂
aww, i've seen blue roses, they really are mesmerizing. i agree that without some darkness the light just doesn't shine as bright...you know, everytime i'm in a dark place, or going through something that hurts it seems as though it'll never be worth it, but in the end the emotional growth and content makes me stronger and a bit wiser.

He cheated on me, but we carried on being friends. I then moved oveseas.
Three years later I decided to travel across oceans to tell him that I still Loved him and wanted to know the possibilites of getting back together.
He was not expecting me, when I showed up with a Blue Rose (ever seen one? Its beautiful!), and a card attached to it with a phone number.
I walked away...
...He phoned
....And...
We never did get back together, but in the end I got the closure I needed to move forward in life...
We may be afraid of the truth, but in the end it sets us free...
This is a little inspiration to those who need closure and afraid to seek the truth!
