the only way its going to be creepy is if you act as if she is on a pedestal. just make conversation like you would with any other friend

I agree with you on this in a regular situation. But if you're attracted to someone and they to you, there needs to be heavy flirting and banter. Otherwise it's the friend zone. My problem is Im not sure if she is actually interested, or just running game to get a tip. Why is why I asked girls here who have bartended or know someone that does what are genuine signs of interest and not bar game. Cause I dont want to misread and become persona non grata at the bar. But thanks for your insight anyway.

Yeah, I always thought Megan Fox would be perfect as Catwoman in the new Batman film. Since she is actually starting to look like her. (Ladies sane, non blow sniffing men abide by the adage when it relates to a woman's appearance - "If it ain't broke, dont Joker it up")
Also its a given being that you're a good girl, bad boys will be attracted to you and you to them. I totally understand where you're coming from though. Sucks to be stereotyped which happens to me always until people get a better idea of who I am. Im essentially Harry Potter and I should be spending quality time with a bottle of lotion, and magazine on a saturday night. Not dating girls who appear in them.
But I think I've come one step closer to figuring out why I lure these gals. Found this online just now -

FML,I do have somewhat of a babyface. Which gives the appearance of me being in my early 20's rather then my true age which is in the 30's. And Im sure as hell not submissive, unless it's in the sack😉

I wonder if there is some kind of guidebook by bartenders online somewhere that tells you signs when they're interested or just putting on the hustle.

There's this girl who has an Angelina Jolie look about her who bartends at this indie punk bar I go to. (BTW when I mean Angelina Jolie look Im talking about bad girl with tatts look, not physical resembelance.
Ive gotten to know her over the past month or so. I always thought she was hot, but never entertained to ask for her number. And also because of the following cirumstances.
One, I've been going to this bar for years, its like a second home. I know everyone who works there pretty much. Also she seems to show interest in me.
But its kind of skewed, cause knowing bartenders they throw out false signs of interest all the time to get tips and keep customers. So I dont know 100 % if she is geniunely interested.
Do any of you who've bartended or know someone that does,tell me what the real signs of interest from her would be?
I dont want to put myself out there by accidentally misreading and end up looking creepy in the process by hitting on her. Then getting scarlet lettered and banned from the bar in process.
Also because of looking like a bad girl, I have a hard time imagining she would go for someone square like me.
