Posted by CanbullriusYea one for me as well. Like that head over heels in love. Was heartbreaking when we broke up. It was mutual. We tried to make it work but couldn't. I learned a lot from the relationship
There has only ever been 1 who captured every single little bit of my heart and everything else beyond that.
I know what you are saying.

Posted by EnochtheWiseExactly what I meant. I have some friends that agree & some that don't.. To each their ownPosted by SofiaV87Think about some of the different ways there are to relate, and be attracted to someone....the physical attraction, verbal communication, their creativity, humor, hobbies, tastes, style , their drive/ambition, their spirituality, quest for growth and knowledge, sexuality, emotional nature, etc. I don't know how it could be other than how you state it, because we all vary so greatly in so many of these areas, and levels of attraction and compatibility, respect, love, etc. would seem to take on a unique signature with each new relationship. I think that is also one of the lessons of synastry.
I believe in different types of love meaning I don't love each person I date the same way. I don't love one person the same way I loved another person. It's always different.. I rarely fall in love. When I do, i fall hard.. To me, loving someone isn't the same as being "in love"

Posted by VenusAquariusI'm so glad you're here too! Not too many women understand my thinking/feelings on this subject. Mostly men do.. Your husband sounds like a really understanding man.. It is a universal love, it really is. I attract all kinds of ppl , they are all so very different, just the way I like it ! You're right, some men do see it as masculine & that's ok, whatever lol ..I've dealt with one too many jealous/ insecure men. I've been done with that for a while..it's nice to be with someone that is secure with himself & I mutually feel the same way for (rare) .. Aqua Venus in 5th house, don't know if it's heavily aspected cuz I don't know how to tell that haha
@SofiaV87,
So glad you're here. We're so similar.
I rarely think about how I feel. I can love anyone and am very good at it. It's so strange. And, my husband teases me about this at least once a month. It is beautiful that he knows this about, really sees who I am, and is still secure that he is my greatest love. In our youth, it did bother him a little. But, he defended me and protected me anyway because I am faithful.
And, when we were divorced, dating others, the hardest part about being single was this characteristic of mine... universal love. When you're generally loving, you attract alot. Some men became insecure, jealous, petty, because of it. I think they saw it as "masculine." At those times, I missed my husband. I missed my Venus in Libra. Although Venus in Aqua, I am Venus dominant with Venus in the first house, heavily aspected.
The difference for me is how I am loved. That's the deciding factor.

Posted by Capri-sunYes it can be all consuming which is exciting & scary at the same time lol
I agree that loving someone and being in love is different. Each relationship has been unique in a sense, yet when I'm truly in love it's all consuming none the less

Posted by Capri-sunFor me, both can be all consuming.
