Don't you love this kinda stuff?

Don't you love it when you see couples who try to match each other's clothing? (matching colors, matching style of clothes, or His & Her stuff, etc.)

Or who take over the dance floor as if they're the only ones in the room when "their song" comes on no matter where they are?

Or the couples who take professional pictures together?

Or who still write each other love letters?

Or who give each other random piggy back rides?

Or the guy who stares out of the window like a lost puppy when his girlfriend is leaving to go somewhere & will be gone for a while?

Or the couple that is holding hands in the mall, while the father is pushing the stroller or has his kid sitting on top of his shoulders?

Or the dad that carries his baby in a slinger that's wrapped around his body?

Or the couple that can't keep their hands off each other b/c the passion & attraction & love is just so strong?

Or the couple who lays on each other while chilling at home...the girl is laying on his chest reading a book while the guy has his arm around her watching sports...both just enjoying each other's company?

Or the soldier who surprises his wife & kids, flies home & runs up to his family & kisses them like there's no tomorrow?

Or the guy who hires a pilot & has the banner "Will you marry me?" floating in the sky for everybody to see?

What are some of the things you have seen couples do in the past that you may not see so often anymore, that melted your heart or that made you say, "Awwww love is so awesome!—"

Come on guys, some of the "mushy" stuff does only happen in movies! BUT some of that stuff does happen in real life & we've all seen that 1 couple do/say something that was just like Awwwwwwwwww =)

I think it's awesome when a man sees another man doing something with his woman that is so honorable or sweet that he vows to do that with his own woman/wife someday!

And vice versa with women too!

When both men & women have seen some pretty good romantic sh**t that actually inspires them or changes their negative perception of love, they are most likely to repeat or try those same things in their OWN relationships!

My husband said his parents used to always eat dinner together at the dinner table NO MATTER WHAT! No matter how tired they were, no matter how much comfortable the couch would've been. No matter how man or not they were at each other. No matter what, dinner time happened at the dinner table. And not surprisingly, my husband is big on this very same thing in our marriage! And I def. have learned to appreciate stuff like that b/c these are the moments you won't ever forget

Or the girl who starts blushing at work b/c her man randomly sent her a bouquet of roses?

Or the couple who go out to sports bars/events together, wearing the same sports jerseys, & loudly rooting for their team? (I love it when a man can have as much fun enjoying sports with his woman as much as he does with his boys)

Or the old 90 year old couple walking out of Bob Evans, holding hands, who have been married for 60 years & are very much so still in love?

Or the father whose out in the yard, by their white picket fence, throwing a football to his son?

Seriously, you never see these kinds of things as much anymore!!!

two people laughing so hard at each other there are tears in their eyes. totally themselves and letting go.

Like 2 best friends who've known each other forever would? Ugh I love it!

Or the guy who picks up his girlfriend & spins her around and kisses her after it's been awhile since they've seen each other!

Or the guy who tickles his girlfriend into the couch until she almost damn near pees on herself?

Or the couple who is at the airport, passed out on each other in their seats...mouths wide open, snoring & everything lol

Or the guy who is in the mall, looking like a nervous wreck b/c he's trying to find an outfit to impress his woman for the night or for a date! It's so nice to see a guy "Sweat" a little like he cares about impressing his woman as much as a woman stresses trying to find something to wear before she sees him lol

Or the guy who tears up/cries at the alter b/c he's so happy he's marrying the love of his life!

ugh, I can go on & on lol

Welp, I pretty much have a good guess of what your relationships look like lol

You guys probably just sit there like zombies & stare at each other like O_O

yeh... thats what we do... because we're robots.

i just dont like when two ppl have to become one person with no separate identities. i dont have to dress like you or be all over you to show that i like or love you. i got my own ways to prove it.

I hate to sound pessimistic, but the longest I've seen a couple happy enough in a relationship to be doing any of the aforementioned in the OP is 10 years. After that, they break up. If they do stay together it's either:

A) They are scarred to be alone;
B) Because it's a hassle and tiresome to find someone new and start over, and therefore, they stay in an unhappy union;
C) They have children together; or
D) They are secretly cheating on their partner.

Relationships don't last as long as they did back in the days.
