Gemini woman needs cancer mans advice

I've been dating this cancer man for about 2 mos now. He seems very distant, we only kiss when we are about to go at it. Although he is going through alot, trying to get custody of his kids, redoing his place he just got, so he is exhausted, but I fell there should be no excuseHe did just get a divorce but I'm doing everything I can to prove to him that I'm loyal and care for only him. I've told him that he isn't agressive enough, but it got me nowhere. He is so confusing, I can't figure him out at all, but he does get jealous. I just want to know how get him to open up to me and be more intimate. I am very impatient when it comes to that kind of stuff. How can I tell him that without scaring him?
