^^ yep. Definitely has to do with personal insecurities.
Combined with mixed signals of course
I think misunderstanding is mostly because we tend to judge others taking things we've gathered in our personal lives as reference. We tend to judge people's action based on where we came from and not where the person doing the act came from which is how it should be.

being uncertain about someone else's feelings is a reflection of our own insecurities.
Agreed
Could also mean that we are wanting more than the other person can or want to give.

"and its helpful to actually talk to the other person..."LOL, the obvious always goes unnoticed. Communication is priceless. (passes a luden) 😉
True. I tend to agree with a lot of what has been said. We also just want someone else's advice b/c I know that i am just that way with things. I have to run things by someone and see what they think and not just about men but other issues as well. Guys do give a lot of mixed messages too and that may relate to Phooeys post about them thinking with both heads...lol. The best thing though would be to actually communicate with the guy...lol. 😉
