When I conducted my interviews on online dating this year, there was 1 girl who spoke about signing up to a sugar daddy site. Apparently she had to pay a fee to join though. She said she hated it in the end and when she met up with the guy, he seemed a bit entitled. Treating her like she needed him there.
She did say some of her friends ended up married on the site though.

There are people who are professional 'cuddlers'...
They charge shitload of money for an hour of pure cuddling. And they are booked.
Google and read up. It's fun(ny).
Also don't forget there are plenty of men who are unable to have sex but they want to be viewed as able. So I can see how they would simply 'buy' an antourage in form of a good looking woman.
