Honestly it's a 50/50 shot on if he's just being a flirty Scorpio having some fun, or if he's not happy at home and rethinking his previous stance. My uncle has these placements. He married his young love he knew since he was 7 after his Casanova days. They can be flirts, but seldom act on it. I think they just do it as a good tease. I know quite a few Scorpio moons, and only one that has strayed.

I just think it’s interesting because I’m a Scorpio Sun, Sagittarius Moon. AND we were both born in the year of the Pig in the Chinese zodiac (albeit in different generations lol).
He is very flirtatious and can be naughty, but insists he is happily married, so I just follow his pace in our alliance.
The most entertaining thing to me is when he twists my words to get me riled up, and we end up yelling at each other. Something about that just reminds me of my relationship with my dad lmao.
