I think im done dating 2's

I was having a conversation with some people and a girl(cancer) said that girls date their fathers. i said that i actually date the opposite of my father. i consider my dad to be a #10 but i date alot of #2's (scorp included). why? maybe because i dont think i will ever meet a man to live up to my dad (venus sq saturn) so i dont think id ever get his approval.

i was talking to my aries friend that men #8 and above tend to not go for me. i come across a bit spontaenous, silly, smiley...not some uptight spinster. the #2's and below cant get enough. but with the #2, even through theyre good looking, they dont satisfy the needs of my venus in cap. stability, loot, status, reputation.

so im going to drop all the 2's and try to start attracting my #10.

#2's are soooo exciting but im tired of footin the bill. I am a 7 by myself, but i want a man to upgrade me and make me do better, so he would have to be higher than a 7.

Although my last boyf treated me good. Just like my father........Until he cheated (something my father would NEVER do). He loves that woman (my mother) God knows why. She put him through hell but he has always stuck by her, bless his cotton socks. I want a man just like that.

I tried that with a lot of women and it never turned out well.

What do you mean by upgrade?

I upgraded my first ex financially, house she wanted. Mentally tried to but she didn't want that. I found that most of the time it turned into me taking care of them providing what they want.

It might be better or easier to find someone on your level that's trying to get where you want to go. Therefore, both of you can help each other and build something real on the way.

But this is just my opinion.

by upgrade i mean, if i see him getting a promotion at work..im going to work my ass to match him. if he is a tip top saver, i will become a tip top saver. if he dresses well, i want to dress well. if he drives a nice car, i want to match that.

i gotta agree with this, dmv.

and my guess is playing the jump-off isn't appealing to you to at all. it may give you a false sense of power over a man, but not the emotional stability that you really crave.

as i'm sure i've told you a few times now - stop accepting bullshit applications, stop accepting less than what you want and deserve. 🙂

naw, im not talking as a "jump-off" lol. im actually very cool with me and the saggis situation. im talking bout the #2's i entertain, which the sag isnt. Since saturn has been in my 5th, he is the only dude who i pay attention to. the rest are so blah.

it really didn't teach me anything I didn't already know, it just depends on what kinda women you are, the men you are dealing with, and what do you want from that men.

Steve Harvey had some good view points but each of his points differ in each person's situation.

my sagg he has been at his job for 17years, he went to work right after he graduated high school which is what I love about him the most, he would be a great provider. I enjoy working and always will work no matter what caliber of a men I married, I make a good living plus I am working on my MBA to make even more money so I feel what you are saying with this thread.
