That's a great way to look at it. I'm also religious, so I try to think the same. However I still find myself wondering if every decision I've made in life has put me where I need to be or if I'd be somewhere better if I had just made a few different decisions. But I guess that's part of life. You are where you are no matter what. Hindsight is not only 20/20, it's also painful.
I think that's where the impatience comes from. The longer something takes, in my mind, the higher the probability of it getting messed up. I like to deal in absolutes, but of course the world is hardly black and white. Rarely ever actually. I think that's what drives this - my way of thinking doesn't necessarily match up with 90% of the world.
Yeah, I feel anxiety a lot lately. I'm usually worrying about something... A friend suggested yoga. I might try it.
Most of mine is coming from one particular source (an ex) but I'm trying to stay positive.
A lot of extroverted Sags I know seem to suffer from almost serial anxiety - in fact you might be able to say we are almost borderline manic-depressive. Except that's normal for us. Doesn't feel like a "problem" - however it can get in the way of decision making.

I might try it.If you can swing it, i recommend a kind of yoga that has inverted poses, like vinyasa. Something about being upside down immediately makes me feel better, which led me to consulting the Google about inversion therapy.

Thanks! I will check it out. Its interesting, all the different variations out there...but it certainly seems worth dedicating some effort to.
I was pleasantly surprised at how many schools and classes were available in my area 🙂 seems popular.

Or at least it feels like it. We're so impatient and expect so much from life that it's almost hard not to get frustrated or disappointed at various times. Which is even more annoying because those are not emotions we like to feel.
I think the biggest thing is the impatience. Honestly, that is probably my biggest weakness. I have none, really. Especially when big things are about to happen. It's very hard for me to let things happen at their own pace. I'm always thinking, "how can I make this progress faster" or "what could I do to ensure this works out" or "what did I do wrong that it hasn't happened yet" or something like that.
Lots of things going on my life right now that are pushing me to think like this. Does anyone else ever feel like this?
