I love him but our communication sucks! We communicate a lot (or try to) and it ends up being a miscommunication! Hard to understand the others motives or reasoning for reacting certain ways.
He says i’m irky and fuss too much while I think he’s soft & phoney because he never says how he really feels, always biting his tongue. I don’t like that because I don’t hold back and I always say how i feel no matter how ugly/nice...
So he wants to be taken seriously, but how can i do that when you pick & choose when to be expressive?
How am i supposed to gage your emotion or know the “true” you when it’s always something different. Or one day you react this way the next you don’t say anything
I’m just confused because he lacks emotion and calls it being lighthearted... and will turn around & say “it’s not that serious” or that big of a deal... after i done fussed and cussed and poured my heart out!

I’ve noticed that with my Sag husband. Because he overthinks too much he will literally dissect everything I say and which is where our miscommunication comes from. I found now if it’s something really important and if I need to get my point across I will write down and either text or write him a letter.
It’s much easier to convey in words than speech. But that’s just my experience.
Sag like to pick and choose their battles. Sometimes it's just unnecessary to make a negative comment. We try to let you be your natural self, so we can see it all before making a judgement about you.
He will make subtle comments along the way and open up to you the longer you are around each other. We just don't show everything at once.
With his Sun/Moon combo, he probably enjoys upbeat convos and doesn't dwell much on the negativity. But you think he's fake cause he can skim over it and not be bothered with it? It just may not be a big deal and even worth talking about. We are just that easy going. We don't want our positive energy interrupted by some bullshit.
Start a fight with him, if you want to see him upset. But you shouldn't be mad at him with the way he knows how to control himself and HIS OWN emotions, just because you want to see them.
Stick around and you will see how he opens up, but it will be on his time, not yours.

Yesss he is definitely an overthinker, esp with that Cap rising, it’s like he shuts down and I can’t get anything from him. Or like you said he will pick a certain word i sat and emphasizes in that and then my point gets lost lol! whew when simple expression becomes debates smh

I dated a sag heavy on the scorp placements. It was 🔥 fun. We went on all sorts of trips to the mountains hiking. Very outdoorsy guy. I got pretty sick of the know it all attitude though lol 🙄 funny guy though. And full of all sorts of inspirational talks. We got on well with spiritual conversations. He will still message me from time to time to see how I am and tell me about his travels. He's a cool guy.

y’all always think somebody has to put something pretty for you... i saw what i mean and i mean what i say, i don’t sugar coat for anyone and yes i do have a mouth on me 🤗 doesn’t mean i’m not a good person or that i can’t express myself with love but 9/10 if i don’t like the way you did something or how you made me feel i’m not going to express it in a nice way, it’s gonna come out however i say it and that’s that!
