Alright just cus I'm bored and curious.

Well right off the bat there's Sun square Moon, that seems to be a challenging placement. Perhaps shy, and a bit lacking in the self-confidence department?

He doesn't seem to be lacking self-confidence. He's a singer so he's pretty confident. At least in singing and in the sales he makes at work.

I have no clue how his venus in aqua and mars in cancer would stack up to my venus in cap and mars in scorpio... seems like the mars might be okay...but the venus may clash a lot :/

I think the Mars Cancer will make him less aloof and more mushy.
