It's hanging low because he/she is almost due so the baby has most likely dropped or as they say engagement.

My stomach is like that right now. I feel lighter like if I am 5 months pregnant and I can sleep comfty and breathe again. Her toes aren't poking my ribs anymore.

He/she and I are just some of the lucky ones who's babies actually position themselves and start getting ready.

Somewhere I saw photos of the expectant mother to be prior to her surgical changes. To be honest, she was not that bad looking to begin with!
