Arguing with a Scorpio

So me and my scorpio got into it and I’m just wondering about when they argue do they usually mean everything that they say . Me as a cancer I know I don’t mean everything I say ; I told him I hate him one time and no I don’t nor did I hate him but I said it just to get under his skin 😁. But the thing that’s bothering me since we got into it is he said ‘you don’t even talk a lot when we’re together’ and I kno I don’t I’m not really talkative I’m a listener so a few days after the argument I brought this up to him and he has a case of amnesia and claims he doesn’t remember telling me this. So what’s the verdict I’m not asking for relationship advice I just wanna kno if Scorpios say what they usually mean or do they say things when provoked that they really don’t care about

both. we meant it when we said it and do not care at the time when we're heated. that's why it's best that we calm down before we speak or do anything.

and we do forget some things too. not on purpose.

Well it's been a long time since I got into any kind of argument. But I tend to mean what I say. I call it like I see it, I guess. I have never turned to namecalling or throwing a lot of shit out there. I don't lose my shit with people to their face honestly. Honestly can't come to think of anything I have regretted saying to someone in.... Well always.

Yes truth comes out. But that does not in any way need to be equated to talking shit to someone. The truth is the truth. Like someone being selfish or lying or immature... Things we all are at some points in our lives.

No, I'm a Gemini. A mad Scorpio told me to get out of his life. I took him at his word, because he had always controlled his temper before that, and I got out of his life, at some personal cost. He was trying to talk to me again within a week, but nope. That's not a thing you get to take back.

Hmmm... because you say that he has always controlled himself before (meaning it’s not in his character to say things he doesn’t mean), I would still assume he meant what he said at his core.

But being a fixed sign, his letting go emotionally might have been more of a challenge. But at that point, it’s best to do what you just did. It helped him not sting himself (and you) and it also avoided a long drawn out descend.

Because the moment he said that, was just the beginning of the END. But the end was decided.

How many years of attempts to reconnect would it take for you to think otherwise?

Anyway, it wasn't some mean assessment of my character, but the way it went down, it was worse. It's one of the two most hurtful things anyone ever said to me. A Virgo said the other one.

I hear you...that’s why I don’t hold shit until it boiles over...so I can address an issue as it arising.

If I’ve heard get out of my life...I would just as you did because I couldn’t un-heard this and it would hunt me down to a breakup later anyway.

That’s why I am fighting quietly unless I don’t give a fuck!!!

The Virgo is my sister, and I'd rather not repeat it. She said it 23 years ago, but I still remember every word, the tone of the words, and where we were standing when she said it. I've forgiven her. We get along wonderfully, but that comment is etched in my brain forever.

most of the scorp girls i know yes and i have a lot of scorp in my life,my girl is different though coz she is the rational one,she will give you the silent treatment to calm her nerves,the reason why she lash out is because i always push her buttons in the past😂she is the one who always shakes her head with disbelief,must be my scorp moon wanting drama,but we both matured in our relationship,and i have changed a lot since then

If he said some ugly truths to you while angry, I would believe him 100% .

IME as a Scorpio and with Scorpios I’ve encountered, we always say what we mean.

I’ve noticed other signs saying things like “I said it bc I was angry but I didn’t mean it”

But for us it’s more like “I said it in a rough tone and regret that, but meant every bit of it”.

I have never apologized for something I’ve said. I’ve only apologized for the manner it which it has been said (tact vs. lack of tact).

And the tact and tone had all to do with that moment that made me get angry. Which... I don’t like to do. I don’t like losing my temper, as I see it as a weakness (losing control).
