if you were to be a beggar - you would need to beg from someone, presumably a capitalist. you would then become a parasite, requiring the existence of capitalism for your survival.
is scorpius back—
i can't stand beggars. i don't mind buskers or street performers cos at least they earn their money but beggars!! there are loads of them here - usually outside all the big supermarkets. they have signs in several different languages saying that they have no job, no money, 1000 kids and all that jazz! it pisses me OFF!!! i've known people to actually buy them groceries rather than give them money and they are really resentful, cos they just usually wanna buy booze. and why are their dogs always so healthy looking— eh—
nihilist: i'm finding it quite amusing how low some of the 'richer classes' are prepared to stoop, having lost so much kudos as a result of the financial crisis. no scruples with money and even fewer without! ::sniffs indignantly::
some of us have been in financial crisis for so long, we haven't noticed the difference LOL!!

...but I thought you LOVED capitalism.
Are you feeling all right? drink some tea.
No its actually quite fun, to live your life on the edge. One of my friends did it before, he walked artound his province without a dollar.
I felt the content was innapropriate for public viewing.
It was a good thread, I would have commented on it.
red: you should read 'The Dice Man'by Luke Rhinehart which tells the story of a psychiatrist who begins making life decisions based on the casting of dice.

I might consider living my life this way. I am sick of this capitalist world.
