Sorry, haven't been out with any Aquarian's. I suppose the big question is does he take any interest in you? It really doesn't matter what sign he is, does it? Personally, just ask him if he'd like to go out. Be strong and confident, we like that a lot. We like a chase, no doubt, but in the end we don't like to beat around the bush. It's better to know that he does or doesn't like you than not knowing at all, don't you think?
