Help with decoding a Scorpio man

Me and my boyfriend broke up a week ago. It was over something stupid and I moved out. I tried reconciling with him and he said he's hurt and can't forgive me. He still is in contact with me and pretty much every day. All he can say now is he's sorry he hurt me. Tells me he wants to stay friends and I am confused because of what people say about scorpios. Everything says if they're done they disappear, so why is he still around? He told me he needs to fix his life, money job and so on.

He says he does not want to forgive you and the argument was over something stupid. I am a bit lost. He should be able to forgive. I realize his situation is rough, having no income can be stressful. I'm just wondering if he's having a pity party and passive aggressively taking it out on you. If so that's not cool. You were his live in girlfriend, he should be more willing to work through the challenges. How long we're y'all in a relationship and how long living together?
