How do you cope??
Are you living with this three people you speak of? If you are, I think you really should confront them. But if you aren't, try as much not to spend time with them. 😉

I'm in a situation where I feel like there's no way out. Scorps have a good amount of patience, but when we're pushed to the edge, we erupt. It's never good when we do. I have a problem with three people. I feel as if they're trying to push my buttons. When I confront people I don't talk. I don't mess with anyone unless they mess with me. I'm trying to ignore it, but it's getting to be unbearable.You are so controlled by other people.
You sound like you wanna fight? What in the world, if you have something to say than spit it out but that is it.
These emotions of "feeling like you're buttons are being pushed" are felt because you're controlled by it. YOU feel it. You look for it and you let it get to you.
Who gives a shit. Focus and be with people who do not make you fee like that because they not are beneficial.

I don't cope very well with my temper lmao...Saying that, it used to be worse when I was younger so I've come a long way.

You should confront these 3 people calmly first though. I've resolved a lot before losing my temper through talking things out.

Saying little things. Staring in my face constantly. Getting quiet when I walk in a room. Then whispering about me. I know they're because it's usually around someone who doesn't know what's going on. After they whisper, that person would look at me. They would also do this when I walk by.

Exactly. The thing with them is that they do shit like this and then act like they're the victim. I have a temper and it doesn't allow me to talk it out. I just use my hands. I got into it twice this year with two different people. They did something to me and I did something back. I have a lot of patience, but when you test it, it's going to be a problem.
