I don't shop by name brands, I shop according to what catches my eye (as well as quality, of course). If I happen to find a brand that suits me, I'll perhaps stick with it. ::shrugs:: Or not.

It's hard to find goat in my area. I know where to get it thought. People tell me it's tastier than lamb, though I didn't note a difference.

Im sooo over curry. I was curried out as a child.

Come to think of it, I prefer lamb. I like to season it with garlic and rosemary, and of course, S & P. Then pour some sort of sauce mixture over it.

I saw a recipe for tomatoless spaghetti. The substitution was a white wine sauce, with clams. Looked tasty enough in the pic.
