Well poo. I was hopeful for cake.

Well, the next time you have cake, thank a truck driver.
heh heh.... bet you didn't know they can bake as well as shake.

I make my own cake. What else ya got in the truck?

Where do you get your flour? Where do you get your sugar? Where do you get your eggs?
That oven in which you bake your own cake, where did that come from?
Do do you bake in the nude? No? Where did your clothes come from?
Where did the clothmaker's machinery come from to make the cloth to make the clothes
you wear? What of the sewing machine that sewed it up? Or the needle, thereof?
The house you live in? The lumber, nails and paint?
I could go on forever, because the highway never ends.

Oh yes... how about that cookbook?? A hand-me down from your grandmother, perhaps?
If so, that too came by truck. How so? The paper and the ink and the lead.

Your school, your education. Your armies and navies and all associated therein,
are not possible and the US, itself, could not have won a war without a truck.
Just a hundred years ago, teamed wagons still dominated the land. Somewhere
in the world, that truck is an oxcart, a camel or a pack mule.

Taken for granted, just food for thought.

That last clip would be a "Mining truck".
"Earth mover" is also correct but usually applied to scrapers, tankers and dozers and loaders and other such typically "Cat Yellow" colored "heavy equipment". "Heavy Equipment" is typically used to refer to
all such heavy construction specific equipment, when speaking "in general".
However, it does not refer to heavy machinery and objects such as transformers, hydro-electric turbines, etc. which may be also be moved, as shown in the clip.

Someone forgot to deliver the damn bananas...! /:

You mean, someone forgot to ship the bananas.
You see there are "the shipper" and "the consignee"
the consignee would ultimately be where you get your bananas from.
It's either the shipper or consignee who is most likely whom you
should direct your complaint. Not the driver.
You see, the shipper and consignee are evil people and they point their finger
at the driver. Saying.. you see that truck driver? Pure unadulterated unholy EVIL!
That's why we only pay him plastic peanuts. Blame him!

On the other hand.... is it possible that you may have forgotten what a banana looks like?
