How does Aries moon and Aquarius rising affect Scorpio sun sign ?

Could meaning be the scorpio likes to get into whats underneath the surface, aries being first and aquarius about ideas. Honestly despite my supposedly higher intelligence, I still have no idea why the moon has an effect on the overall main character of a person.

That's incorrect per cafe astrology.

If my DOB falls between those dates then my Venus must be either 1. However their explanation is unclear.
