your right about taking it easy.

He scares the me...i have never known anyone so intense. He also draws me when, even when i have had enough of his games.

Sooooo....will he quit with the hot and cold. For 3 or 4 days we talk on and off all day, he can't get enough of me. Then for the next 3 or 4 days he wouldn't talk to me if his life depended on it. Either he doesn't know what he wants, or there is another woman out there somewhere going through the same thing i am...poor thing...lol

Seriously, are they just instictively leary of close relationships? He seems to crave one and hate the idea at the same time...talk about the original push me pull me.

I would love any insight you can give me. Sounds like from your posts that you and i are a lot alike in personality.

I had a brother who was a scorpio. We were extremely close. Sometimes when I am talking with my new scorpio the conversations will go very much like they used to with my brother. I ask a question, he evades the answer...all so very familiar in a warm comforting way. In some ways he is a very typical scorpio. He is very secretive, even though he will generally bring up what ever he didn't want to answer later, and tell me all about it, and if he doesn't...well he will tell me if and when he is ready.

I too am a typical Libra. I'm in my forties and still have the idea that life should be fair. I doubt I will ever be anything but naive no matter what life throws at me.

Your analogy to an old flannel shirt is so apt. That is pretty much how I have felt about him right from the beginning. Guess that is part of what scares me. In 20 years i never had that comfort with my gemini ex.

Your response makes me feel better. Guess I have been afraid to trust the comfort, and closeness we have experienced right from the beginning.
