John Mellencamp is dating Meg Ryan, and he has no Scorpio, and is not Scorpio dominant. but he has capricorn and virgo and that singularity Uranus Cancer/lilith. So the mystery is more that the need lots of earth too.
I think it helps if the libra has scorpio placements.
I personally think its a better pairing for a scorp male libra female. That's just me though. I've been with my scorp for what will be 2 years in September, it can work if both parties make it work. Again scorp placements help. I've got my moon, mars, and Pluto in Scorpio and a libra stellium. My darling has a big scorpio stellium and we are still breathing.

I flipped when I found out, I do NOT come in between unions of any kind. I was disgusted.
Had 2 libra bfs. They can be romantic but no deep connections there. Plus they have a hard time saying no to women if they offer them free sex.
