New around here, could use some advice.

Hey all, I've stumbled across these boards because someone just so happened to tell me that a scorpio and a scorpio would never be good for each other. I've been reading these forums and it really surprises me how much I fit the description of a Scorpio.

Anyways I just recently started dating a scorpio woman. I just so happen to turn 23 on November 12th, she'll be 21 on November 14th. Yeah, scarry eh? We've been friends for the last year. Before I had a thing for her, she dated my best friend. Problem is, they were more like brother and sister than they were girlfriend and boyfriend. He treated her horribly and she basically got sick of it. Then a few months ago, I started to have a thing for her. Little did I know, right around the same time I started to be attracted to her, she was feeling the same way about me.

Not this last Saturday but the one before that, we finally expressed our feelings and made out for what seemed like an eternity. Needless to say, it was a very hot moment. Since then, we've been hanging out more so then we did before. Just last Sunday I took her out for dinner.

I feel we're hitting it off, but there are a few things that have me worried. She seems to not want to be affectionate in front of everyone, however, when we're alone it's completely different. I really don't care about this, as I feel you shouldn't be down each other's throats in public, come on get a room. However, something just doesn't feel right about it? Is this the scorpio in me trying to say something? Or is it because we just started dating.

Next comes the scorpio death stare I've read about on here. There have been numerous times where I've just stared into her eyes and not said a word (in fact this is how we ended up admiting to each other that we liked one another), and she just giggles and ask's me what. Yet she stares right back at me. We don't even need to talk, it's like we can both feel what each other is thinking. This usually leads to a kiss, and cuddling. I'm just trying to figure out why she always says what. Is there something I might be doing wrong?

Lastly, I was never really into the whole destiny/fate thing until recently. Up until the day we hooked up, I was seeing really weird signs. For instance, I had a fortune cookie one day that stated: Be a good sport, things will pay off in the end. This is right after I thought she made a comment to the best friend that kinda crushed me. I know now, that I took what she said completely out of context, but it was different then. The reason I'm bringing this up, is because last night, I had a very disturbing dream. Basically we were in a house with a bunch of our friends and no one would let me near her, and I could hear her screaming something along the lines of, if he's done with me then so be it. Like we were breaking up.

To end this I'd like to say that things between us seem to be going very well, and I consider myself a very lucky guy to even be friends with her, let alone dating her. Am I just taking after my mother and worrying about the little things, or are there some signs I'm not paying attention to? I'd really like this to last for as long as it can.

Usually, a giggle is positive.

The dream may be trying to tell you that other people around the two of you could try to come between you. If you have some of the same friends in common, just be sure to keep your private life private, and ask her to do the same. When you go out, just go out alone, rather than hanging out with all of your friends. Keep the lines of communication open between the two of you at all times. Both of you being Scorpios, there will be a temptation for both of you to cut the other off and brood in silence if you have a fight, but this could make any problems MORE huge. I would recommend you both agree to talk to each other no matter how mad you are, and then always follow through with it no matter how much it may hurt your pride. Try very hard not to play games with each other, or have power plays. All of this is easier said than done, but anything like that will not work here, because you're both the same. It would only turn into a stalemate with some really bad feelings. Good luck! 🙂

So like a scorpio to over-analyze everything lol. If you feel something weird however that is another thing.
First I think that a lot of people don't like to be publicly affectionate (including me so I get it)
I think that if she says 'what' and giggles ur probably staring too long which can make her a bit uncomfortable or maybe akward as she tries to keep up with the stare.
Signs? don't know but I think the dream could just be a subconscience fear of yours, something to do with her having dated a friend not a sign of something bad to come.

You could just be jealous regarding her past relationship with ur friend, its natural for scorps to feel that way. Anyway if you do like her just be honest and things should go well. Regarding dreams, have you ever dream of something that had actually happen afterwards, if yes men it could be a prediction of a possible future event for the two of you.

About the dream, and our mutual friends. That makes perfect sense. All of my friends know I'm a nice guy, and sometimes let people take advantage of me. So I have a mixed review from friends with their opionions of me and her getting together. About getting into a fight and brooding in silence. Wow you hit the nail right on the head with that statement. That's the reason my last relationship ended. I got into a fight over something stupid and never talked to her because I was too stuborn to.

So it's not a trate I inherited from my mother. I'll have to keep that in mind, seeing as my mother told me to take my time with this one. Maybe I'm just moving into this too fast, and I should just relax and let it ride out. Better to see what happens then worry about it I guess.

I'll have to keep that in mind the next time I do it. I just find it strange that she gives me the same penetrating stare back when I do it to her. Better me staring at her eyes, and not elsewhere right?

About having dreams that have actually happened. This has never been the case. I never dream, well at least ones that I can remember the next day. The night I had this dream was the first time I've remembered having a dream in a long time. That's why I was worried about it.

This is where I'd have to say, if anyone is jealous, it would be him, not me. I waited a week to tell him cause it was very hard for me to do. When I did, he said congratulations, however, it didn't have feeling behind it. Almost like a robot said it to me. Ever since we've hooked up, he's not been himself. So maybe this is a subconscience fear of mine like Tauruschic stated.

I haven't been in 'tune' with a girl in so long. It's amazing how much we have in common. I always thought it was opposites that attract. I guess this is an exception, or she's just sick of guys that are ***holes seeings as how everyone of her past boyfriends treated her horribly. She did mention that me being such a gentlemen was irresistable(spelling?).
