I adore Scorpios. It's just that sometimes they can be very arrogant and demanding. They expect so much from others that are already very accomplished and sometimes don't see the faults within themselves.

I think you're wrong about that. Scorpios know and aren't afraid of their dark side. People either like Scorpios or they hate them. They can no more change who they are then act like something they're not. You can either take them or leave it alone.
