Scorpio disappears after 1st date

This is about a Scorpio woman and I'm an Aries woman. We met online and talked for 3 or so weeks with once-a-day messages. She did include that she's an introvert and needs a lot of space sometimes. We also talked in future tense as in..doing things months from now or how she'll have to remedy my lack of having tried specific foods; etc. Anyway, eventually she said she was looking forward to my messages everyday and gave me her number to text for a while, then set up a lunch meet. So we met and things went okay..I'm never one for a food first date because I find them awkward and like interviews...well with a Scorpio the investigation picked up. Things went okay, but I feel you need more than just a first date to tell sometimes. I mentioned going out again and she agreed. Haven't heard anything since. So either she's gone or she's in her spider den thinking. It's been almost 3 days and I've only sent 2 text which I received no response. One text was a thank you for lunch, I had a great time and hope to do it again soon. And another was just a picture of something we had discussed previously. SO..planning on giving it a couple more days before I try again.

I know I'm caught in the web...mainly because I'm so intrigued as I've never let myself get near a Scorpio (didn't find out she was one until ON the date). I'm super loyal myself and pride myself in being trustworthy, and these are important to the scorpion. I get that.

Thoughts anyone? Gone or thinking?

Sometimes second date is better than first date. But you won't know until she will go out again. I say wait a few days but honestly nobody waits that long if they're interested. Especially not for scorpios, they are hunters! Rely on gut instinct and don't read so much into words but look at actions.
