Honestly, he already told you what it is. He's not ready for a serious relationship. & he probably never will be with you bc you let it go on for so long without a commitment. He's gotten everything he wants from you over 13 years and he's put in nothing to get it. Getting him to commit will be close to impossible. Regardless, I definitely needed to read this ! Thank you for the honesty. I've left him alone plenty of times, and he always came running back ... begging and pleading... I guess I messed up by giving up... Scorpio males are tremendously hard to resist. I know I'm too good for him... But I've gotten much better over the years.. I don't even care about him like I used to. I just wanted clarification on some things... and I wanted to hear someone else's opinion. My education and career are definitely not the only things... I didn't want to go too deep on here.. but he's even admitted that he KNOWS that the women he dates are NOT better than me ... lmao what's up with that??

I'm not a Scorpio but I always get a chuckle when people think a random person on the internet can give them insight about an individual they've never met.
I did chuckle when I read "dates a girl with a drug habit," lol...I don't know why that's funny but I laughed my ass off at that.
I do know of a similar situation in "real life." Does he have virgo rising, cap moon, sag or libra placements?

I just wanted to see if others developed the same conclusion as I, and according to the previous responses, they did ! He's full of it. And yea, I cried laughing when a friend told me his current girlfriend is a druggy. You're right, I WAS still accepting him back... I cut off the sex back in 2012, and the communication towards the end of November 2013. Yet, he stills calls and texts. I don't wanna block his number... because I don't believe it should even go that far, but I may not have a choice.
I'm so done with Scorpios. That's the only sign in the entire zodiac that can get me to submit. I'm woman enough to admit that. I've more than a few encounters with them... they draw me in. I hope that my husband / wife or whoever I will marry is a Taurus. They really put up with my bull shxt. And they're so patient with me.

Actually, he didn't mind me wearing makeup. The men I date never have a problem with it.. I've been an artist since 17... they know what's up... and even if they prefer natal beauty ... I'd make them LOVE my cake face. lmfao

Yea, I think you're right. When we were in high school he hated my confidence... but later on in life he admitted that he hated it because he was jealous of it. He said that he had issues with his confidence when we were younger..
. People used to call him ugly all of the time, but "shallow" ole me didn't give a damn ! I care more about someone's heart and character versus their looks. His looks improved over the years, but he had such an awesome personality and a magnetic energy about him... super intelligent, so his looks didn't matter to me. I would ignore my friends when they teased me for dating an "ugly" guy. He wasn't ugly to me. Which was all that matters.

Anyway, yea I knew about them being a Scorpio/Capricorn couple. She used to be addicted to Stevie... kept taking him back.. Stevie probably could identify with Jose. I'll wear makeup until the day I die. It's 2014, and it's sad that there's still women who are anti-makeup. I've been in the makeup industry for 8 years .. I've worked for every major makeup brand you can think of. So it's a habit for me to wear it. Not to mention it's marketing tool and a way to draw in customers. It also serves as a way to express myself. People express themselves through clothes or their hair ... I choose to express myself through art..
When I meet men, it just so happens that I don't have any makeup on. MY men ... the men I date.. LOVE my #CakeFace LMFAO! ... and that's all that matters. I'm super girly... it's all a given... and besides ....

But you can't make him commit and for a short moment in time those women can..and you don't like it.
I love confident people, I immediately recognize one by the humbleness they carry with them in their back pocket. They also tend not to take themselves seriously and sometimes put up a fake act of arrogance for shits and giggles. I have so much fire in my chart...when I found this out about it a year ago, it made perfect sense. I'm definitely a Capricorn at heart.
But there's this nonchalant side of me... a side that is super sarcastic and can literally laugh at insults... walk out completely fine... not offended or anything. A lot of Capricorns I know of can't take jokes! Just like most Virgos and Taurus, they D up ! I actually love the fact that I have a lot of fire in my chart. It gives my earthy ass a lot of edge. lol

Yes, lot's of fire is very good. I think it gives you a "I am over this" mental attitude when it comes to negative people. I have a grand fire trine and I'm usually positive person 95% of the time.
