With My ex Pisces was a disaster as well. And this one he is married and he is chasing me for years now. So I was thinking this is maybe because of the planets influence . he is definitely crazy and he just can't turn the page and ignore me !!

Yes, trust me we really attract libra moons, I had on too, who wouldn't stop chasing me even though I wasn't interested about him. I don't know if it's this moon particularly, but once they set their eyes on somebody, they would chase them relentlessly. They're way too emotional.
