Scorpio Women and Sagittarius Men Experiences?+ Do we just want what we can't have?

Hello! New scorp on here 😛. Always would come on here, but never actually made an account. Anyway, I've been seeing this Sag guy for a week and it's been one of the biggest rollercoasters of my life. At first, he was the biggest sweetheart and now nothing. I have never been in an actual relationship with anyone and he knew this. He was always the one talking about being exclusive and saying how much he liked me. Of course, I start falling for him, he gets stressed about his finals, and starts getting mad at me over stupid little things. I tried to fix things with him, even after he blocked me -.-... He went so far as to ask me to be his gf. He later gets mad at me again(not even a day later) and says we could talk some other time(this was thursday and he left for the Bahamas friday) and that he was going to sleep. I left it, later realizing he completely blocked me off of everything this time. He told my friend that he's still in love with his ex fiance and wants nothing with me. It broke me so much. I know it was only a week and that I should just move on, but I don't know what to do.

Hey guys, thanks for your responses. I want to move on, but I can't stop thinking about him. I just don't understand why he would do all this in the first place, if that's how he really felt. He did a complete 180 on me. Why bring my hopes up to then only destroy everything? Idk. Maybe she contacted him. You know? That would make sense.
