Mine works his butt off, never calls off or takes a sick day. He doesn't even like to use his vacation days. He also piles wayyyy too much on his plate. He always fills his day with a million things to do, more than he could possibly ever get done but he sure tries 🙂

I'd say that as a Taurus & the ones I know...WE are the ones who hate to work but because we love our material possessions we do it & put are all into it but not because we REALLY want to. I wouldn't mind taking a VERY early retirement that's for sure!

"doesn't everyone hate the rat race and having to be courteous to coworkers they dislike— i know i do, and i don't have a sag cusp either."

Actually, some people thrive on it. Usually those who enjoy competition...like Scorps, Aries and Leos. Gems are pretty good at it, too.

I don't know that Scorpios love it, though, they just know how to get what they want. My boyfriend is great at his job, but he bitches about it constantly. I hear "I should just walk outta there and leave their asses high and dry" at least once a week. Even though we both know he never will. He stays in jobs where he is unhappy way too long. Deep-seated fear of change.

"there was no question as far as I could tell?"

The question was how do you avoid dealing with crappy co-workers unless you're independently wealthy? And you told me to get a hobby or sell my drawers on Ebay.

"Cappie's will go, go, go regardless of passion; they are too concerned with their future to stop."

This still describes every Scorpio I've known, especially the men. They may be more ambitious than Caps when it comes to moving up, but that's really the only difference I've noticed.

Depends.

If there was such a thing, I'd be classified as the hardest working procrastinater you ever laid eyes on. lol I perform my best work when the pressure is on. If I don't see any long-term benefit in a project, then I'll cruise my way through, exerting nothing more than the required effort.

In the past year, I've called in sick twice, and I was actually pretty ill when I did. I have yet to take a vacation day, and the one personal day I used was forced on me, more or less. One of my clients even said to me recently, "Hon, you need to take a day to yourself, just like the others. You need a break too every now and then!"
