Why are you guys so secretive and dont like to talk about your feelings? Sometimes u guys disappear and then suddenly come back.. I dont get it lol

I never disappear from those I am closest to.
To others, I disappear because I'm focusing elsewhere.
If I disappear completely, I am trying not to burden those I care about with personal issues or emotional turmoil.

Even then, I never truly disappear from those I am closest to. I might just respond less, but I still speak to them in a given day if they talk to me first. Other than that I do me.
