Should I sleep with this Scorpio chick?

Back in August I met this Scorpio chick we were really into each other spoke a lot, then she started getting moody I got annoyed we stopped talking, I asked her to just be fwb she declined so I stopped talking to her.

Now i texted her for no reason she responded super positively etc., saw her the other day, we got some food, agreed she'd come over today, but I didn't have any condoms so I didn't go through with it, having doubts if I should, she appears to be into me, and I'm not much into her, I don't want to hurt her feelings, but at the same time I am curious what she's like naked and generally in bed, should I do it?

I threw them all out recently, it was to stop me from bringing birds home. I kinda don't want to do anything with her, but At the same time my curiosity.. I'll just lose interest right away too, hurting her even more if she's into me as much as I think.
