Like a Dog...they stare at you when they really want to tell you something. they sit there seething, looking into your eyes, calmly and nervously all at once, but they don't speak (not that you would understand their language anyway, but oh do they want you to understand what their barking and whining means). when they do something bad, they usually know that they're doing something bad, but the negative atention is worth it. it is attention after all. they love to play fetch, but only if you're really into it. you have to act like it is the most exciting thing to happen to you all day, for him to retrieve something for you. they are possessive of their possessions, but generous if you put up a fight, once again, only if you act like you really mean it. they love to be pampered, but only when the time is fit for them. since they can't tell you what mood they're in, it's your job to guess and hope for the best. otherwise, they won't leave you alone until they are blissfully satisfied with the affections you've presented them. they just want to run and play and chew on things. they love sniffing around for something new and being independent...always discovering things, sometimes leaping before they look, again getting themselves in trouble. it only takes a few sniffs to know if someone is proper for mating. with everybody they meet, they get right to the point and test all the appropriate areas for compatibility (sometimes no matter) and start going at it. they get right to the point when it comes to sex. and they're not shy about it. they love attention and they get fussy when there are people in the room that are paying them no mind. they love running with their own "pack" and are distressed when someone else confronts the pack. they will do anything to protect the pack, possessive once again. they lick to show their love and to satiate their hedonistic tendencies, they are gluttons for anything that stimulates the senses. they make the best companions, but do more receiving than giving, but they never leave your side, especially when they sense that you are feeling down. they come to you reluctantly when they've done wrong or they just don't feel like it. they much rather be doing something fun or mischievous. they don't respond well to vicious requests, being calm and commanding works best. they love to run and pull your chain when let loose. they love the comfort of home but long to exercise their bodies to exhaustion.
