Stressed out Scorpio

More I work with this second Scorpio more it reminds me no I will never get involved with one you Scorpio women are a lot of work you make things in your life harder than they need to be I have to ask why?

I hope she's in a better mood when she comes back from her week vacation, her co worker said he was staying away from her this week he knew she wasn't in a good space. I knew that too I tried to get her mind off of what was bothering her, if I didn't do it she would be on my case about the work I'm doing. She can't let go of control she has to get her nose into what I'm doing, leave me alone I've got what I'm in charge of under control.

As I said in the beginning why do you make things so hard and complicated.

I was going to break the ice again with the first Scorpio I'm changing my mind the first and second scorpio are the same no I can't do it I can't handle walking on eggshells.

So, in the beginning of this rant you stated that you "will never get involved with one of you Scorpio women". Then later you are debating "breaking the ice" with the other Scorpio lady.

This thread isn't about me going after the first Scorpio, you say you Scorpio women say you are not alike in my current experience you are, as I said before I'm having deja vu this second Scorp acts exactly the same as the first Scorpio when they are under stress. She's got so much crap bottled up for so long and she keeps bottling it up she has said to me she doesn't know what to do its bad enough she's come close to crying twice now. I've learned from the first scorpio you scorp women don't cry in front of people you will do it alone I've walked in on the first scorpio crying alone. The job stress is getting to the second Scorpio she's about to blow out she won't let lose on strangers in my experience you Scorpios only let loose on people you are close and comfortable with the first scorp did it all the time.

I've done this to myself I let her get comfortable with me I couldn't just ignore her we are close in age and I've known her for 2 decades,her co worker are 18 years apart they have nothing in common he's a Libra man. He's been avoiding her for the last week he says she's in one of her moods so he's staying away from her she really doesn't mind that anyhow like I said they don't have anything in common.

More time I spend with her I'm seeing the same behavior as the first Scorpio the more comfortable a Scorpio gets with a person she lets them see the behaviors they hide from others.

To sum it up I know what happens when the stress builds up in a Scorpio it starts over flowing sometimes it comes out in rage, or it comes out in an emotional break down.

As for the second Scorpio I'm working with she needs to do something about her stress levels I know she's going to lose it when things get too much for her to handle. Scorpios should not be in a leadership role they think they can handle it but they can't. Will I get stung by the second scorpio? no, a fight happening? possibly.

What I'm currently dealing with is a stressed out Scorpio she's got some problems going on in her life, she's has stress at work that is bothering her, she's made some comments that makes me think she wants to change her life but is scared to do it. Same job for the last 20 years, been with the same guy since high school her kids are starting their lives.

My boss is a Cancer man we both work on the same wave length we are both vague it drives her nuts I've watched her ask a question to my boss and she wants answer he doesn't give it she gets annoyed, I'm not as bad I do give her answers I wish she stop worrying so much and let go of the damn control.

When It is possible I do sit with her at lunch time we talk I'm finding its helping with her stress level especially when she can vent her frustrations or we just talk about life she really seems to like that. The Scorpio mask its not a figment of my imagination I don't know how you Scorpios don't wear out the switch in your head, customer/client comes talks to her mask on soon as they leave mask off. I've caught her off guard she usually is always checking who's coming near her office through the window in the door it was literally split second mask on mask off soon as she realized it was me. Oh come on leave that mask on for a little bit, even when her friends come around the mask is on I think to myself wow you people really don't know what she is really like when your not around. Her and I can be sitting in her office quietly not saying a word and I can literally see what is running through her mind I get in that state once in a while where I will zone out and start processing things in my head but that's once in a while with her its constant she even talks to herself when she's figuring out things.

Its not bull crap when I say mask there is two different personalities where she is bubbly and cheerful the other is I hate to say it depressing there are times I think to myself put the mask on please I can't handle the other side of you I've already got enough on my mind, mask never goes on 😢

I don't know what you are going on about this Scorpio mask. I am the same with everyone.

It is my boss she asks the questions too, he's a typical Cancer man like me, we don't usually give enough info and we think people are mind readers. I'm aware of that fact so I give her answers and I always tell her stuff she needs to know I try not to keep her in the dark. My boss does the not give enough info stuff on me but I usually figure out what he wants me to do, he pretty much leaves me alone I only hear from him once in a while.

As for the Scorpio mask you may think you treat everybody the same you should think about that, the first Scorpio used to say that she is the same with everybody in reality she acted differently around me than her other co workers I seen the side of her nobody else did. Now I'm seeing this mask trait with the second Scorpio now that its been a little over 2 months working with her she's gotten comfortable around me. When I first started working with her she wore the mask, once we started talking alone together she started for become really comfortable around me. She isn't at the same level comfortable as the first Scorp being touchy feely and getting close to me and I can see that she's married but I'm seeing the Scorpio emotions that are hidden from others.

This Scorpio I'm working with now is a Scorpio mooner I see much more emotions from her than the first Scorp she has a virgo moon.
