in the first place, it's over between us. who an ex dates and is happy with is none of my concern. period. why would i feel jealous? wouldn't that mean that i havent moved on? when it's over, let go. it's not in my realm to care anymore. of course i wouldnt be jealous. i'd be more concerned with my own new partner.
I'm unevolved, so I'm still selfish as shit.
I get bothered if my ex doesn't downgrade, but it's just as easy to put myself on a pedestal and MAKE his new girl the downgrade.
If she's better looking but trash in bed, that's fine.
If she's not as good-looking but is great in bed, I'm bothered.

Neither.
The man would be an ex for many reasons, those very reasons would easily keep my Stinger pride in check, for they act as crucial reminders. Complete utter indifference.
