Trying to peacefully break it off with a Scorpio man
Keep on ignoring him.
I initially thought this was a timing thing and that maybe in the future we might find ourselves in a place to explore something serious. However, at this point, I am becoming fearful of his behavior (completely irrational for a six week romance, in my opinion) and just want him to leave me alone. I cannot imagine him coming to "find me", but if that occurs he will be dealt with harshly, with police presence if required.
I have heard that Scorpio men are intense, but this seems to be something more than intensity. But I thank you for your comments and insight. I really liked him and we were a nice match (so I thought) and I am certainly not turned off to Scorpios by this, but wowsa!

Don't worry. He's going to do the abrupt stop out of nowhere sooner or later and you'll never hear from him again.
To clarify, if anyone would show up at my home after being asked to leave me completely and entirely alone, they would be escorted off the premises, absolutely.
As to the current situation, Alicia totally hit the nail on the head. I'm a stereotypical Aries, temper wise, and even I am concerned about his behavior.
As of this afternoon, I received one message this morning indicating he would "let me go". Here's hoping it sticks! Thanks again for everyone's input.

Hi ya'll. I started seeing a Scorpio about six weeks ago. (Not sure of his chart info, he was born November 16, but I am an Aries with Leo moon) Cue the whirlwind intensity, great everything, etc. Besides some questionable lifestyle habits, all has been well. We initially agreed to be fun and casual, but it got too intense too soon. I am fresh out of my marriage and he a long-term relationship. I am not ready for anything this serious, and out of respect for him I told him so. He is too kind to string along and I can't not develop feelings, so I told him all of that, reiterated he is amazing, and wished him well.
And it's on now. Phone calls at 3 am, text after text. I told him this behavior is inappropriate and I won't be responding anymore.
This is after six weeks. I am dumbfounded. I am not certain of the best response to this other than to ignore. Any advice or insight would be appreciated. My first Scorpio man and I am simply astounded at this behavior.
