Very mysterious Scorpio does he like me or what

Hi guys this is nothing serious , we aren’t dating , we are just living. But, I met this Scorpio a few years back yes we have messed around. Before I was a crazy drunk and he kinda left me alone because of that..Any ways long story short. I’m going through it right now. He offered to help me out. He payed for my hotel for two nights and u know bought me some food, mind you I have not seen this guy for 2 years.. but we hve kept in touch online … okay so basically after that I haven’t heard from him.. he is so weird! I let him know I made it to the hotel and he hearted my message. I texted him good night and nothing.. lol 😂 last thing he said in person was “we will figure it out”.. is this a Scorpio thing to do?
