What is your definition of clingy?
"Calling, texting, or sending e-mails frequently. Or is it constantly complaining or nagging about not enough time spent? Or is it when you let your life revolve around your SO? Just curious..."
Well, if your life does revolve around someone else, you would be doing the former two. I can't handle clingy people at all, so someone calling, texting, nagging would annoy the piss outta me....and any man I've known in my entire life. Find, have and CLING to your *own* identity.
"But I just think people put too much thought into "should I call, or not call? Will I appear desperate and clingy?" I think you should just do what you feel"

when we text often and call?
when my scorpio moon bf is brooding or too busy...i don't call cos i know that he won't attend to it. only text him in the morning to let him know tht i am still here..n he will respond.more than tht, he will keep silent.this is when i know i should stop and he is either bz or brooding
usually its him who calls. s'times he will call me every day for up to a week,can be up to an hour each time . . & this is when i start to feel suffocated. . .ugh! LOL. and then he'll stop totally. i noticed this pattern
but when i am too busy with my life and don't contact him or respond slow to his text...he tells me that his baby is so busy & to take it slow. LOL
To Cling or NOT to cling.......that is the question
Kinda hard not to cling when your scorp B/F gets pissy when you don't 🙂 When we 1st started out, he'd text I'd be busy, wouldn't get back to him for a hour or more & that pissed him off. OK plus I was trying to be aloof 🙂 Now I know better.
Last week we got into a discussion which ended in me getting the silent treatment for a day LOL Why? because I mentioned the fact that he only came over during the week late at night & I wasn't down for a relationship with someone who only wanted to spend unconscious time with me......I guess this was too clingy? so I ended the conversation with..."Maybe we should take a step back"
Wrong thing to say, as I said I got the silent treatment & that night got a very long e-mail telling me that I hurt his feelings & that he never asked for time apart, he wanted to see me as much as possible. Soooo I guess be clingy when they want you to but give them their space at the same time LOL
I had a Cancer ex that was constantly trying to kiss me and was always in my face. I'd look out the window and turn around and his face was in mine again. Every damn minute. He was so annoying. His birthday was June 21st. Mine is June 19th. You'd think we'd have good chemistry yuck. I dumped him.
I don't mind if it is someone I am really into. I guess I wasn't that into him.
Oh god Tasha that sounds like an ex gemini of mine. He was June 18th. So annoying. I think it was his Aries moon that made him aggressive.

For my ex scorpio these were altogether the definition of clingy. However from scorpio to scorpio it is different.The only way to find out this is to let him take in the beginning the iniative and the decision of how often. He will guide you in this way of how he defines clingy.
Clingy, hmm yeah let's see...when you tell someone to fuck off and they still want you and blow up your phone with texts, that might be a bit clingy. When they promise to do whatever you want them to if you'll only talk to them again and give them a chance; that could be clingy. But when you tell 'em you're fucking someone else and they still want you back and will do whatever it takes to keep you...including sharing you...yeah man, that's just too damn clingy.
