which movie?

i need a laugh. a seriously long hard laugh (in the absence of other long hard matter, lol). any suggestions for movies to download? don't like slapstick much...not averse to the odd rom com cos a sprinkling of sobbing always goes down well..just want to escape somewhere funny. any cool comedians got dvds worth downloading?

How about "Are you being served?". My fav old British sitcom from the 70;s. Mrs. Slocomb asking "Has anyone seen my pussy?".

love a bit of billy i must say. 'in bruges' sounds good and there's an AXXO rip of it and i like his torrents so i'm downloading it now 🙂 colin doesn't do it for me btw. he looks like an ex of mine.

bgp: love all those 70s sitcoms...particularly alf garnett...before the days political correctness was invented. monty python, fawlty towers, the two ronnies, tommy cooper....great stuff!!

of course they are but a distant memory cos i'm obviously to young to have remembered, lol.

yeah..i've almost done downloading it but now have to do some domestic chores before i can relax and enjoy it. hate weekend domestic shiz. wish i could afford staff.

watched 'in bruges'. wow. it was dark. i certainly wasn't laughing long and hard but it was an excellent film. i was totally hooked. some really hilarious moments but overweighted with darkness, imo. the ending did my head in totally. how good was ralph fiennes cockney accent!! much hotter than colin farrell imo. thanks for the recommendation 🙂
