Why does he make me bashful? I'm not shy!

So I've been seeing this Scorpio for close to 2 months now, we've been exclusive since the beginning of this month, and things are going really well! Honestly, I never would have guessed him a Scorpio. Usually I can pick up on those Scorpy tendencies I hate but not with him! I thought he was libra. He's not jealous at all, or dominant(rather more submissive to me and pleasing, accommodative, but not a door mat) he's not over bearing or suspicious, he's very open with me. It could be because he has so much air? He honestly has very little water in his chart. He's a Gemini rising and has a Libra moon(like me) a Libra mercury, and his venus is in Virgo (which I love) and his mars is in Cancer (my venus and mars are Cancer). Plus I haven't noticed any "games", he's very straight forward. Although he is a good amount older than me so maybe the game playing is for younger? We met through friends and have all the same friends, we do many group social activities and I spend a ton of time with him and usually stay weekends.

I've noticed though, while things can be so free flowing one minute, all of a sudden I'm blushing or fighting for my words and making an awkward mess of myself. And same with him! His job is dealing with the public and I've seen him tongue tied more than once around me. Anyone experienced this before? Lol

This was last night's events: he picked me up from the airport and we spent time at his place for a bit. He remembered I said I was hungry, so he brought back left over feast from a friend's.

As he was walking me to my door, I get my bag from him and lean over to kiss him. After the kiss he looks at me, then nervously around and shuffles his feet. I was wearing his jacket, so I give it back and say, "see you tomorrow?" Him: "yeah...that sounds good!" (In a shy voice) I say "text me tomorrow" he goes "okay!" Awkwardly shuffles off, looks back, then awkwardly shuffles off more. LOL. It was so awkward but cute? Was funny because we were cracking raunchy jokes on the way over.

Cookies and milk? Lol hardly. The deed was already done and I have to do a very thorough clean before I let him in! He actually hasn't been inside my place yet...but I'm constantly at his. We are around 25 miles apart and I'm always in dallas and there's almost NOTHING to do in my area.

Although he will be there soon with all my/our other friends...they want to get me "drunk" since I've never been.

I'm sorry but that's funny...cookies n milk _??

He wouldn't have it anyways. He very rarely eats junk and is on a gluten free dairy free deal. I admit I have a strong sweet tooth but I'm pretty healthy overall...seldom junk and fast food and never soda etc and I work out. But he is crazy strict about his regimen and it's very repetitive. His tendencies are very Virgo to me at times.

Glad thats going good gem! The guy I like is timid kinda shy like yours. I find it sexy. He's a leo tho 🙂

@OP: on a serious note, does the "stumbling" happen when you two are about to leave each other's company? If that's the case it's probably just that...not wanting to leave but not knowing what to say to stay.

Thanks. And that's great 🙂 what's his venus? My longterm ex was like that too and he was a Leo sun and Virgo venus. I notice some similar traits between the 2 on shyness and this Scorpio has his venus in Virgo. It goes good with my cancer so I've always liked the combo.

His very detailed health and nutrition routine is prob why he looks so good for his age.

Awww...butterflies. _??_ It'll subside in time. The feeling of wanting to express yourself but can't fund the words. It's a sign that you truly like each other and a physical sign of an energetic bond forming. Let it happen. It's a good thing. Means he's different

Not really corsets, but yes he does like to dress up in period attire. So do I and my friends too. And no, it's not all the time like to the grocery store etc. I roll with a fancy crowd, I like dressing up!

Plus, in his line of work it totally makes sense and he's to make appearances at certain events.

It's either button up or....well, a leather speedo for a fetish event lol. Yet he's not really into the "fetish" part but more the dressing up. Living in Germany and LA and acting/modeling your whole life and then owning a bizarre/circus du soleil type talent agency with ppl from ripleys believe it or not as your staff? Yeah, makes sense. And I've just always been strange lol
