Is this a male scorpio thing?

Me and this incredibly handsome man at work have had lots of eye contact recently, I look up from my desk and catch him having been looking, stares at me etc, anyway I only work part time and have an exciting fashion line as well. He found out about it and was asking me lots about it and was saying oh look you're a smart woman you do that as well etc do he was impressed. Anyway I then hear that he was asking my manager about it who already knows ofcourse but he was all impressed etc. he's older than I am I'm 32 he's 45 he's such a lovely man. Anyway! Is he finding out about me or do you think this scorpio is interested?! Please help! Confused!x

Both. He finds you interesting and attractive and he's learning about you. If he thinks you meet his high standards and he's still smitten then he'll make it more obvious. If you fail, somehow for whatever reason, to meet the standards he has in his head then he'll start ignoring you. I think we all do that to a point.

God! I was going to add him on linkedin! Wait a while?! He's 45 would he still do this at that age?!

This is one in the same thing. Scorps don't waste their time finding out about someone/thing they are not interested in, even if it's just to "feel" you out.

I think he may have something wrong with his eye.

Males have this happen all the time, if this happens to you you run girl for da hills for if a male looks at you in that eye way you be gone if you not smart enough to leave now while you still can.

Do it fir your freedom, geez too many females give this freedon up for a mere male especially when they look at you with the eye look. Shakes head. Where have all the strong females go?

How should I play it at this stage should I ask him for a coffee / ask if he fancies meeting up over Xmas break? Or is that too familiar do they like to be in control? Any older scorpios have advice too?x

Male Scorp checking in. I stare at a lot of people for a lot of reasons. I ask a lot of questions about people for different reasons, as well. But, I tend to notice something; If I'm truly crushing on someone, if they catch me staring, I IMMEDIATELY look away. If I continue staring after they've noticed, I'm just looking for a reaction.
