Hilary Clinton losing in the primaries ?

She has had a very high negative rating and has admitted that it hurts to know that shez disliked by a large number of people. Her support base mainly consists of Hispanics,blue collared workers,older white population and the less educated while Obama's fanbase constitutes of young college goers, highly educated and blacks. Seems he has gained the necessary momentum now and people are ready to forgive him for his mistakes ( A boon every Leo is born with ? ) whereas itz not the case with Hilary ( A curse for every Scorpio ? ). In fact a friend of mine was heard commenting last night that Hilary looks too perfect a candidate, as if she is not capable of making any mistake. In other words he found her to be a probable fake or at least someone who annoys him a lot.

As Scorpios, how do you see it ? feel it ? defend it ? explain it ?

I would beg to differ here. Scorps are better managers or strategists ( guess better than anyone ) but better leaders ? Well, not always. In my opinion, leadership is not only about being sincere, trustworthy ( had that been the case then we would have had only Virgo or Cap leading the countries ) but itz also about being charismatic and naive at times. Leadership is as much about experience as it is about dreams, motivations and a freshness in perspective. One thing a leader must have is - likability. You don't actually expect your leader to be a machine.

And I may agree - not many dictators have been born under this sign as Scorpios may sound harsh but they aren't delusional.

Probably true. You dont hear woman getting their panties all knotted up over someone who lost an election. Its not like girls are fantasizing about John Kerry anymore......

It's kind of, who's the flash and who's the substance? lol Hillary does have some experience, + a very experienced husband in her corner. On the other hand, Obama has no prior political baggage, which may be the ultimate sway in itself. Let the most sincere win. What they actually believe, not just what the voters want to hear.

I'm a loyal Hillary supporter and am actually suprised she's so far done as well as she has. I was expecting a much bigger gap in support to Obama's favor and was afraid things for her would be over before they really began. I really hope she's our dem candidate but I have serious doubts, unfortunately. But I do hope things turn around for her.

Personally, I feel like Obama is the male version of Oprah and I get really turned off by the soapboxy stuff. I want substance and strength; keep your longwinded speeches.

She failed because she is a woman, Guarav. You never get a woman to do a man's job. 😉

I would still choose her over Obama though. She seems more capable and experienced.

Obama seems to be using Martin Luther King style rhetoric to win over the masses. Alot of empty words, but it works on simple minded people and people thirsty for hope.

Hilary has been around for a very long time, and she defntly has the experience to lead this conutry. Although, some people think Hilary's biggest problem was her husband; I totally disagree with the statment, Bill Clinton overall was a great President. Where did he failed? Well, he had some Treetrunk with his secretary, but who hasnt. (Not saying that all men are not worth to trust, but come on) So now you tell me Bill Clinton was the only president that had a mattress? Please....we know better than that! Of course is easy to come in public (as monica did) and start blammin the president for his act, but this is intrigue from the opposition. Who wouldn like a scandal like this? The case is just like you have, for example Bryan Adams, CEO Coca cola and then you start teeling around the company that he is havin an affair with his secretary, by then people start to lose respect and crediability over him. So what would be the best to do. For the best interest of the co or the nation I would not spread out the news, which in my opinion doesnt not affect the way my CEO or president keeps his comapny or country. As long as they do their jobs I dont care for their personal lives....And I think Hilary was strong woman for supportin him, of course he prob didnt get somethin for awhile, but she kept her class...and she know better about politics and opposin parties.
